These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Interstellarx AI Core Labs Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", "our"), and govern your use of this website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope: this informational website only

The Site is informational. These Terms cover the Site only. Using the Site does not create a customer relationship with us and does not give you access to any product described on it.

Product descriptions, capabilities and status labels (Built, Private Beta, In Development) are provided for information only and may change at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, license or provide any product or service, and nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

The Interstellarx name and logo and the content of the Site belong to Interstellarx AI Core Labs Corporation and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names and product descriptions shown on the Site are used with the permission of their owner. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial information. No other right or license is granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or accessing it by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interstellarx AI Core Labs Corporation and its officers, directors and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
